Joel Pedersen’s career is defined by a unique ability to translate "conservation needs" into "business cases." As the former President/CEO of the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP) and the Mule Deer Foundation, he has successfully advocated for public and private lands conservation and management, scaled non-profit revenues, and united diverse stakeholders.
He served on the Hunting and Wildlife Conservation Council, advising the Secretaries of Agriculture and Interior, and is a fellow of the National Conservation Leadership Institute. Now, he brings that executive playbook to a select group of clients.
